Abstract

In article number 2200256, Hong and co-workers successfully fabricate an automotive device by simultaneously joining and forming dissimilar steel alloys using the concept of electrically assisted pressure joining (EAPJ). The microstructure results showed that EAPJ induced grain refinement, tempered martensite, and increased portion of polygonal ferrite near the interface.
