Abstract

A novel highly sensitive nanoelectrochemical sensor was prepared using graphene oxide/titanium dioxide/gold nanoparticles composites (GT@AuNPs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to measure paracetamol (PA) and 4-aminophenol (4-AP) simultaneously. It can be found that PA and 4-AP could be completely separated on the GT@AuNPs/GCE using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry technique. Under the best conditions, the linear responses for PA from 0.10 to 300.00 μM with the detection limits of 0.78 nM. And the linear responses for 4-AP from 0.10 to 150.00 μM with the detection limits of 2.36 nM. This sensor can be used to detect acetaminophen in pharmaceutical formulations with satisfactory results, indicating that the electrochemical sensor has potential application value.
