Abstract
Dislocations of single finger carpometacarpal (CMC) joints are rare but well reported in the literature and often associated with fractures of that or adjacent metacarpals. Similarly dislocations of the thumb CMC joint are also well reported. However simultaneous dislocations of the thumb and all four finger CMC joints has not previously been reported.
