Abstract
Randomized single-blinded controlled clinical trial. Patients and methods: This study was carried out on 40 patients diagnosed with end-stage osteoarthritis and underwent TKA. Patients are randomly allocated into 2 equal groups: Simultaneous bilateral total knee group and staged bilateral total knee group. All patients were operated on through a universal midline approach of the knee and posterior cruciate stabilized cemented bi compartmental total knee prosthesis was inserted.
