Abstract

Benign cysts of the adrenal gland are rare. This is the first reported case of the simultaneous occurrence of an asymptomatic right adrenal cyst and bilateral multiple renal cysts. Excretory urograms with tomograms, renal aortography and ultrasound scanning were used to establish a non-invasive definitive diagnosis. There was no need for an operation since the lesions were benign.
