Abstract

Supplying of raw materials has been complex and important in large-scale hydropower development projects. Generally, it’d better to establish a certain number of transfer stations to implement the raw materials storage, transit, supply businesses. In this paper, the significance and the state of the art of research on Construction Supply Chain were firstly introduced briefly. A three-echelon aggregative construction supply chain structure in large-scale hydropower construction project was proposed and functions of transfer station was studied. Following with introduction of transfer station operations workflow, the architecture of Simulation System on Operations of Transfer Station and its inputing, processing, outputing mode were highlighted discussed. Finally the steps for simulation were given, and it’s analyzed how to be used in Decision Support for Transfer Station Operations.
