Abstract
Soil erosion has caused a series of ecological problems such as soil erosion and environmental deterioration. Moreover, because of the complex terrain in gully watersheds, the process of analysis and regulation by analysts for soil erosion control measures is complicated, which has affected the effectiveness of soil erosion control measures. Therefore, the paper proposes a method of constructing a simulation model of the gully watershed system on the Loess Plateau to analyze its complexity, fragility, and dynamic characteristics, and to conduct in-depth research on soil erosion in the region. On this basis, the paper explores different soil erosion control measures suitable for different morphological patterns, and simulates the differences before and after the implementation of the control measures.Practice has shown that this method can assist soil erosion control personnel comprehensive understanding the situation of the gully watershed system’s soil erosion and determining appropriate soil erosion control measures.
