Abstract

Ocean buoys are important hydrometeorological collection equipment in marine scientific research activities, but because they are far away from land, there is a problem of insufficient energy supply. In view of the large amount of data transmitted by large buoys and the high energy consumption of equipment operation, this paper proposes a control strategy for a small-scale wind-solar-diesel-storage power supply system. In addition, the vibration of the buoy under the waves and the influence of the high temperature in the cabin on the diesel engine is analyzed so as to optimize the control strategy, and finally, use Matlab/Simulink to simulate the feasibility of the control strategy.
