Abstract
A modified fractal growth model based on the diffusion limited aggregation (DLA) with spatial restriction of a random walk is considered. This model is of interest as new insight towards the quantum confinement phenomenon for the small clusters containing tens and hundreds of constituents. The main effect of this restriction occurs upon kinetic parameters of the growing fractals. The final properties of them little depend on the spatial restriction, and several tens of particles can provide usual DLA aggregates.
