Abstract

Tokamak and inertial confinement fusion(ICF) are two kinds of devices to achieve fusion. Magnetic and gravitational fields are the drivers used in tokamak and ICF, respectively. In other fusion devices like MIF, both of them are used. In this work, different from these fusion devices mentioned above, a new promising method to confine plasma is proposed. Spacial distribution of energy of plasma in a high-speed changing magnetic field is simulated. This method is expected to achieve fusion.
