Abstract
A three-link robot moving due to controlled dry friction forces that act on the central contact points of the robot with a horizontal rough surface is considered. A mathematical model of the mechanism is developed. Algorithms for the implementation of various types of motion are presented. Numerical simulation results and the comparison with analytical results are discussed.
