Abstract
The sinter plants are usually very large scale. In this research, It's longitudinal size is over one hundred meter. So it is not easy to investigate the inner process condition by the experimental mesurernent Then theoretical approach based on mathematical simulation for the packed bed reactor was developed. In the layer of this sinter raw materials there many kinds of phenomena happen simultaneously in actual operation. The simulation model is constructed from partial differential equations. After numerical calculations, There are many essential results cleared in various process operation.
