Abstract

Equipment operability is ensured through high-quality, timely and safe maintenance and repair of equipment with rational use of resources. The uninterrupted operation of the equipment is ensured by the mechanical services of the enterprise or specialized contract service organizations. The paper considers the solution of the problem of choosing the optimal trajectories for the maintenance and repair of high-tech equipment (HTE). Modeling is based on the di-vision of the stages of repair of all HTE subsystems. Using this approach, it is possible to evaluate the procedure for the repair and maintenance of equipment of various types by various teams with a certain level of qualification. The use of the proposed processes makes it possible to regulate the work plan for individual teams, increase coordination of actions for the repair of components and assemblies, and rationally organize service queues. The possibility of forming the optimal structure of the process of implementing the necessary actions for equipment maintenance is considered.
