Abstract

A brief description of the mathematical model of the dynamic processes in an RBMK core for a full-scale simulator is given. The model is implemented in a program complex CONUKS, which is used in the full-scale simulator of the second power-generating unit in the Ignalina nuclear power plant. CONUKS in the form of a module, describing the behavior of a steam-generating system with an RBMK reactor, can be included in more complicated program complexes, describing the power-generating unit as a whole, and it can be used for analysis of standard and accident nonstationary regimes for solving operational support problems. The results of a simulation of transient processes, demonstrating the possibilities of CONUKS, are presented. 5 figures, 8 references.
