Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of simulation of harvesting in conditions of farming enterprises with the view of a stationary technology of harvesting grain, the essence of which is to comb the plants on the root and finish the combed heap at the stationary facility. A computer experiment was conducted with the purpose of finding the numerical values of the harvesting-transportation complex links, resulting in a mathematical model in the form of regression equations, the response function for which were the probabilities of the links state in the harvesting complex. The equations obtained made it possible to determine the expressions for the efficiency coefficient, which was adopted as an evaluation criterion for the functioning of the harvesting and transportation complex. The numerical values of the efficiency factor of the harvesting machine are in the range of 0.774 … 0.884, i.e., the harvesting machine is almost completely loaded. The efficiency factor of a tractor is in the range of 0.18 … 0.52, and it depends on the hauling distance. Therefore, it is most expedient for farming enterprises to have thrashing floors established at a distance of 4.0 … 5.0 km from the field. The numerical values of the efficiency factor of a unit for the refinement of a combed heap vary within the wide range of 0.07 … 0.401. The low values of the refinement unit indicate that all the heaps delivered from the field are processed in a timely manner, and the harvesting unit does not stand idle on the field.
