Abstract

The gasification technology is now considered to be in an advanced stage of development. Hence there is huge expectation from the user industry for its application. This paper presents a Developed Model for Gasification using Neural Network for both Air and steam Gasification and to predict the Calorific Value of producer gas, Composition of producer gas for the given input conditions namely Air Flow Rate, fuel Flow Rate, Steam Flow Rate, Oxidation Temperature, Composition of the Fuel etc. Model is capable of Handling MIMO (Multiple Input & Multiple Output) and Implementation of Real Time Values into the Network and Network has been trained to give expected output
