Abstract

The analysis of processes of production of oils on soap thickener is executed on mile stiffeners with the use of flow mixer as totality of simulation objects. The features of production is periodicity of most processes that form the general chemical-technological system, and also far of indexes of quality of products. On results the analysis of functioning of the chemical-technological system a sentinel diagram that characterizes the moments of beginning and completion of work of pumps and physical and chemical processes in vehicles was worked out. A simulation model must decide next tasks: separate component models and model must recreate cyclic diagram of the real system on the whole; the channels of model information transfer must recreate properties of channels of influence of the real system. Principles of development of structure of simulation model are offered for the recreation of sequence of operations in obedience to the type of cyclic diagram. The brought general structure over of simulation model as associate subsystems. In the environment of MatLab+Simulink there was the built model that represents existent vehicles and copulas between them. Composition over is brought and described work of subsystem, that answers the processes related to work of flow mixer. It is envisaged that time of work of vehicles can be to the variables, that is why necessary time of work of separate vehicles can be set on the initial stage of Simulation. All subsystems of this chart are built after identical principles. The construction of simulation model of subsystem that contains a flow mixer is considered. Every channel of transformation of analog information is realized by means of block of transmission function. Entrance signals give on a block summarization for the calculation of general amount of raw material that comes in a flow mixer. A logical block checks, or filling of flow mixer took place. Verification is needed in order that design did not begin early, when raw material yet passes treatment on the previous stage of production. In a model each of vehicles of production, where thermal processes are, is taken into account that cooling takes place slower, than heating. On the basis of information about the loadtime of different types of raw material, passing of chemical reactions, unloading of the prepared product and auxiliary operations it is suggested to estimate general duration of one cycle of production.
