Abstract

In order to obtain the reliability of CL-20 explosives shock initiation by small flying fins, a fluid-solid coupling algorithm was used to calculate the process of highspeed flyer impacting CL-20 explosives. A critical initiation threshold and parameters for CL-20 explosives is obtained based on James initiation criterion. The Weibull distribution is used to expand the critical shock initiation threshold curve of CL-20 explosives, and the CL-20 explosive initiation probability distribution map is established. The firing reliability of micro explosive train with similar structures is predicted and the result is certificated by experimental.
