Abstract
To meet the Paris agreement goal (to preventing earth temperature from rising more than 2 degrees Celsius) Use of 100 % renewable energy is the best option. The proposed model is tested with different temperatures and irradiation, resultant of P-V and I-V characteristics proved the validation of the proposed MATLAB/SIMULINK model. Tropic of Cancer passes through 8 states of India (Mizoram, West Bengal, Tripura, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh Rajasthan, and Gujarat) that’s why India receives maximum energy from the sun. For India, it is appropriate time to shift our 100 % electrical load to solar energy. In this paper modeling of a complete PV system with MPPT (maximum power point tracking) has been presented. The control strategies have been associated with maximum power point tracking technology to maximize PV-generated power to load. PV power with MPPT has been compared with PV power without MPPT. MATLAB tool has been using to design and analyze the PV system.
