Abstract
The spinning process of cylindrical titanium alloy parts was studied using a three-dimensional model and finite element simulation. The forming conditions and stress changes under different spinning process parameters have been analyzed. Based on the numerical simulation test, the blank’s state in the processing process is analyzed and predicted, providing a process reference for the spinning trial.
