Abstract
Interfering signal simulation is a key link in radar system simulation and performance evaluation. In this paper, the designing and implementing method to passive-clutter interfering channel is put forward by analyzing its signal characteristics. The method has the characteristics of algorithm stability and is easy to implement in project. The simulating models to passive-clutter can be applied in extensive range such as radar anti-jamming algorithm validation and performance evaluation and which play important role in engineering application.
