Abstract

We consider a pursuit-evasion differential game in the half plane in which the players, i.e. the pursuer and the evader, have simple motion and thus are “pedestrians” à la Isaacs. In the present paper we present a complete analysis of this state-constrained pursuit-evasion differential game for the case where the pursuer is faster than the evader.
