Abstract
Developing a plan for selecting a link resolver is key to obtaining the best product for your library. The following tips were developed from the process that was undertaken at the Scott Memorial Library, Thomas Jefferson University. It includes the analysis of technical needs, customer service, pricing models, and the potential expansion into additional electronic journal management modules.
