Abstract
セファセトリルナトリウム(CEC)及びセファピリンナトリウム(CEP)注射液を保存すると一部が分解して酢酸を遊離する.この水性注射液中の酢酸を簡易迅速に定量する方法を検討した.注射液に約20倍量のジオキサンを加えてCEC及びCEPを沈殿させて除き,上澄液中の酢酸をガスクロマトグラフ法により定量した.本法を用い4℃及び37℃の2条件で保存したCEC及びCEP注射液中の酢酸量を測定したところ,37℃保存では4℃の約(3～6)倍量の酢酸が生成していることを認めた.
