Abstract
Abstract A novel enzyme activity measurement system using a newly developed High Sensitive Signal Accumulation ISFET Biosensor (AMIS Sensor) has been established. The new method is remarkably simple. AMIS Sensor can directly detect infinitesimal proton change produced by enzyme reaction effectively and does not require any labeling process or coloring process which is required in the conventional optical analyzing method such as spectrophotometer system.
