The new manager of the North American Flight Center of a global firm faces a number of problems including an opening for the director of flight operations, internal interpersonal strife, resentment against his chief pilot, a senior pilot who seems to be poisoning the culture, and a new computer system. This composite but true case presents common issues faced in managing a North American corporate flight center. Names have been disguised.
