Abstract

Gastfreundlich: Die Komplexierung von AgI-Ionen durch den Zn-Porphyrin-Liganden L mit vier 2,2′-Bipyridyl-Gruppen ergibt den dimeren Komplex [Ag4L2]4+. Der Abstand zwischen den beiden Zn-Porphyrin-Gruppen ist ideal für die Interkalation aromatischer Moleküle unter Bildung von π-π-Wechselwirkungen, und daher wirkt [Ag4L2]4+ als hervorragender Rezeptor für π-elektronenarme Gastspezies.
