Biodegradable Silk Materials In article number 2100035, Tiger H. Tao, Yujia Zhang, and Mengwei Liu, present a discussion of recent progress and ongoing challenges posed by the utilization and translation of silk materials in green energy applications. Silk materials present outstanding biocompatibility, biodegradability, and many other attractive properties. Therefore, in recent years, they have been used as an eco-friendly replacement for conventional energy harvesters or storage devices.
