Abstract

The Devonian System in Qinling Mountains consists of thick flyschoid formation formed in E-W Paleozoic rifting basin between the Yangtze Plate and North China Platform. The Feng-Tai ore field is a part of the Qinling Devonian stratiform Pb-Zn metallogenic belt. The ore bodies are all stratiform or stratoid and occur in the transitional zone between the Middle Devonian Gudaoling limestone and the Upper Devonian Xinghongpu fine-groined clastic rocks.
