Abstract

E-Learning in a global environment is a progressive internet tool, where knowledge becomes the single greatest economic asset. Human Computer Interfaces has become an integral issue in designing E-Learning packages. The process of learning has been transformed by modern E-Businesses through utilising the use and approach of constantly evolving electronic technologies in a dynamic yet unpredictable global environment Most researchers have concluded the theory that 'E-Learning is learning' because modern learning is the use of information and communication technologies - and not only the Internet. E-Learning is an emerging tool that develops high technology to provide training and development in higher education and industries. Its rapid growth is urged by the Internet and the massive opportunity surrounded in global education. This paper seeks to analyse the significant impact of E-learning concerning higher education and businesses, with the purpose to identify the advantages and disadvantages and new measures of using E-learning in industry sectors and universities. The aim of this study is to consider how effective and efficient E-learning is in a web platform environment. This fundamental outlook of the research is the basis of developing an E-learning tool, which enhances the learning ability of the student.
