Abstract

Heart involvement in systemic sclerosis (SSc) is common and often diagnosed late in the disease course. It may involve the myocardium, pericardium and conducting system, though there is heterogeneity in presentation. We sought to characterise cardiac involvement in SSc using cardiac Magnetic Resonance imaging (CMR).
