Abstract
Chemotherapy has become an important therapy for breast cancer. The myelosuppression is an inevitable adverse reaction during the chemotherapy, as well as a sign of drug effectiveness to some degree. Some retrospective studies have found that the patients with myelosuppression show the better survival in the chemotherapy of early breast cancer.
