Abstract

Objective To study the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer and tumor tissue CD4+ + CD25+ FoxP3+ + regulatory T cells (Treg). of abnormal accumulation and explore its regulation in pa-tients with lung cancer in the body immunity. Methods The percentage of the CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+ regula-tory T cells in the tumor tissues, the adjacent tissues and peripheral blood from 28 patients with NSCLC and 15 healthy controls was detected by flow cytometry. Results The proportion of CD4+ CD25 + FoxP3+ regula-tory T cells in CD4+T cells was(10.5 ± 1.1)%in the tumor tissues ;the percent of CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+regulatory T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and the normal tissues were (5.2 ± 2. 1) %and (3.6±1.2)%in the 28 patients with lung cancer. The percent of the CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+ regulatory T lympho-cytes in the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer (5.2 ± 2. 1) %was significantly higher than that of volunteers (1.8 ± 1.2) %. Conclusions CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood and lung cancer is high - expression and promote the further deterioration of the tumors. Key words: Lung cancer; CD4++CD25+FoxP3+Trcell; Clinical stage
