Abstract

The roughness road can cause the vehicle vibration when the vehicle travels. It will increase the noise of the fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) output signal of vehicle inertial navigation system when the vibration reaches a certain level, and then influence the precision of the inertial navigation system. This paper established 2 degrees of freedom vibration model of vehicle, discussed the influence of pavement condition in vehicle vibration, and used the wavelet decomposition and reconstruction filtering method to filter the FOG output signal in vehicle vibration environment. Through the simulation, the result show that it is useful to improve the stiffness of the pavement, for reducing the influence of road on vehicle vibration. By comparing the 2 scale wavelet decomposition and the 3 scale wavelet decomposition filter results, found that the 3 scale decomposition can be better filter high frequency signals, overall, it gets a better filtering effect. Verify the effectiveness of wavelet decomposition and reconstruction filter method on removing interference vibration environment. How to choose the wavelet decomposition level, to content the system's real-time requirements and meet the actual accuracy, needing a further study.
