Abstract

An overview is given of chromatographic signal and data processing techniques, including noise analysis and uncertainty calculations. In the single channel signal processing, attention is paid to the use of signal approximation and regression with different signal models. In the multivariate approach recently developed deconvolution methods are described, applying a.o. least squares optimization and factor analysis. Finally, chemometric optimization and classification procedures are treated, using chromatographic data sets and special techniques like correlation chromatography.KeywordsLittle Square OptimizationPseudo Random Binary SequenceUnresolved PeakConvolution FunctionPeak StartThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
