Abstract
Ten known species of aquatic hyphomycetes have been found in Sierra Leone. Five spore types which could be assigned to recognizable genera are recorded. In addition, a number of unbranched spores thought to be previously un-described, and to be those of freshwater hyphomycetes are figured.
