Si Photonics-Based Compact Wavelength Locker for Small Tunable Laser Modules with Low Power Consumption

Abstract

We present a Si photonics-based wavelength locker which does not require a separate TEC to keep its temperature constant thanks to our proposed wavelength monitoring method. It exhibits 70% footprint reduction compared to a conventional wavelength locker.
