Abstract
A 53-year-old woman with a history of type 2 diabetes presented to Dermatology with a pink papule on her left shoulder blade that was present for several years but tender for the previous 2 months. She had no family history of skin cancer nor any history of trauma to the area. Dermoscopy revealed central white lines and a pink vascular pattern.What’s your diagnosis?
