Abstract
After oocyte denudation, some metaphase I (MI) oocytes may undergo spontaneous in vitro maturation to reach metaphase II (MII) before ICSI. This study aims to determine the fertilization and blastocyst rates of in vitro matured (Late MII) oocytes compared to in vivo matured sibling MII oocytes in IVF-ICSI cycles.
