Abstract
In this paper we consider the experimental specification for Short Block Length LDPC codes for TC Synchronization and Channel Coding by the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS 231.1-O-1). We consider the methods of constructing LDPC codes and propose the new construction of LDPC code. Numerical results show that proposed construction of LDPC code significantly outperforms one from considered specification under the same decoding algorithm.
