Abstract

Different schemes of recording shearing interferograms using shears of wave fronts in opposite directions are considered. It is shown that interference patterns depicting the derivative of the wave front phase with an increased sensitivity can be obtained both on separate carriers and on one common carrier without nonlinear recording of a pair of interferograms. Results of experimental verification of the method including a series of interference patterns with sensitivity increased by two times and different tuning of fringes are given.
