As the U.S. Supreme Court attains near gender parity, paradoxically, its Dobbs opinion overturns Roe v. Wade, spotlighting the precarious state of reproductive autonomy. Professor Kerri Stone's seminal work, "Panes of the Glass Ceiling," illuminates pervasive gender stereotypes shaping workplace dynamics. Beyond examining stereotyping's legal implications, Stone reveals the "unspoken beliefs" manifesting as distinct "panes" of the glass ceiling.
