Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper presents an application of business leadership theory and do/be/feel goal modelling strategies to support the collective development of animated films. We examine how both approaches can work synergistically to foster intra-communication and the shared understanding of creative concepts within student teams. We take the position that these approaches have the capacity to positively impact the type of animation work produced within the tertiary education environment and ultimately empower students to be creative and innovative professionals beyond graduation.
