Abstract

An analysis of the shape of extinction contours on section topographs of dislocations in singular position, for high and low diffractive power of a dislocation is given. A comparison of experimental data with the conclusions of the theory enables to verify quantitatively the earlier developed concepts of formation of the dynamic image of dislocations. Methods are suggested to determine the Burgers vectors to an accuracy of ≈ 6%, based on analyzing the shape of interference fringes. [Russian Text Ignored.]
