Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a new approach, based on singular volume integral equations and a perturbative approach in order to compute the size dependency of plasmonic resonances of metallic nanoparticles when the quasistatic regime is no longer valid. The paper also provides rigorous derivations of the extinction and absorption cross sections for elliptical particles.
