Russian Abstract: Предметной областью исследования являются вопросы методологии учета и измерения теневых трансграничных потоков капитала. В работе рассматриваются cовременные концепции трансграничного оборота капитала, принципы учета и измерения его теневых компонентов, анализируются основные информационные источники, используемые в международной статистике при оценке масштабов трансграничных потоков капитала в глобальной экономике.English Abstract: Subject areas of the research are the issues of illicit cross-border capital flows accounting and measurement methodology.In the research the modern concepts of cross-border capital turnover, accounting and measurement of its illicit components principles are studied and the main information sources using in international statistics in the estimates of cross-border capital flows in global economy are analyzed.
