Abstract

Angiomyolipoma (AML) is the most common benign mesenchymal tumors that have been varying proportions of smooth muscle, blood vessels, and fat tissue in kidney. It may be asymptomatic but may give clinic with acute massive hemorrhage between 10-30%. We are presented renal angiomyolipoma with massive hemorrhage and pain after cesarean sections in the presence of literature.
