Abstract
Gary Kelly presents sexuality from a personalized perspective. Students are presented with case studies to help them think through their options and values relating to the personal sexual decisions they will make throughout their lives. Kelly provides students with questionnaires to evaluate their own behaviour immediately following the case to encourage students to make the course personal. This book not only covers the information necessary for any basic course in human sexuality, but it offers various points of view regarding contemporary issues and controversies in the field. Gary Kelly shows the cross-disciplinary nature of the field of sexology by presenting the biological, sociological, and psychological perspectives of each topic. The end result of these efforts is a text that should help students understand their own behaviour and take the mystery out of sexuality. The new design will provide a more visually appealing art programme and transparency package.
