Abstract
ABSTRACT Sexual responses and behaviors were studied in 250 university students at the Hong Kong Baptist University. Males and females rated their level of agreement or disagreement to ten sexual activities or situations on a 1-to-5 scale; and answered questions on sexual behaviors including sexuall intercourse, masturbation and reading sexual media. It was discovered that the overall mean scores of sexual responses were fairly low. Negative responses were found towards the ‘controversial’ sexual activities, such as having unusual sexual practices and multiple sexual partners. Fairly conservative sexual behaviors were also observed. Students were found to be more positive towards masturbating and reading sexual media, but not having pre-marital sex.
