Abstract
Abstract : Sexual harassment is discrimination. As long as women are subjected to sexual harassment in the workplace, real opportunity for all people in the United States cannot exist. Sexual harassment costs industry money and efficiency. The Federal government and industry must have a comprehensive policy on sexual harassment which sends a clear signal that it will not be tolerated. All harassment complaints must be taken seriously and investigated by an independent party, and punishment must be given.
